Residential Painting
Full-Service Residential Painting
Every room, every surface, inside and out — done to one standard of careful prep and clean lines.
Overview
Whole-home painting done by people who actually care.
Most of our work is residential. Single rooms, whole interiors, full exteriors, kitchens, basements, additions — for fifteen years our crews have repainted the homes across Dupage County one careful project at a time.
The thing that makes residential painting different is that you live in the house while it happens. So our standard is to treat your home the way we'd want ours treated — drop cloths on every floor, furniture moved with care, dust contained, and the site cleaned up at the end of each day so you can use your space.
Our Process
An honest residential painting process.
Every residential project starts with an on-site walk-through. We measure rooms, identify surface issues, talk through colors and finishes, and put a written itemized estimate in your hands within a few days — no high-pressure same-day sales pitch.
Once you sign off, we schedule a start date that works for your household. The crew shows up on the morning we said, protects floors and furniture, prepares surfaces properly, and paints in clean controlled passes. We walk the finish with you before we leave.
What's Included
What residential painting includes.
Whether it's one room or the whole house, every residential project comes with the same scope of care.
On-Site Estimate & Color Help
Walk-through, written estimate, and color consultation if you need it — sampling on your actual walls in your actual light.
Full Surface Prep
Patching, caulking, sanding, priming where needed, and cleaning — the unglamorous work that makes a finish last.
Furniture & Floor Protection
Drop cloths on every floor, furniture moved or covered, and switches and outlets masked off — your home is treated as a home, not a job site.
Daily Cleanup
The crew leaves a livable space at the end of every day. Final cleanup at the end is full — no paint cans, no tape, no roller covers left behind.
Materials & Finishes
Quality residential paint.
Standard on interiors is Sherwin-Williams Cashmere, Benjamin Moore Regal Select, and Behr Premium Plus Ultra — durable washable finishes that hold up to family life.
For trim, doors, and cabinetry we move to Benjamin Moore Advance and Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane for a hard self-leveling enamel finish that doesn't bear roller or brush marks. For exteriors we spec Sherwin-Williams Duration or Emerald Exterior, both rated for the Midwest.

Why Pristine
Why homeowners keep calling us back.
Clear, honest estimates.
Itemized written quotes with no fine print. What we quote is what you pay — and we don't pad the number hoping you won't read it.
Real prep, real finishes.
We don't skip prep to save time. Patching, sanding, and priming are done properly so the paint actually sticks and the finish actually lasts.
Crews you'd invite back.
Clean, polite, on time, respectful of your house, your kids, and your pets. We hear this in nearly every review we get.
Timeline & Planning
How long residential projects take.
A single room typically wraps in one to two days. A full interior (most rooms in the house) runs five to ten working days depending on the home size and trim scope. Full exteriors are typically four to eight days, weather permitting, in the April-through-November window.
